For enhancing relationships, giving and receiving  authentic feedback and moving away from  habitual interactions that no longer serve us.   Ingredients: * 8 group members & 2 facilitating therapists; * Willingness to articulate inner experiences and a desire  to help each other.  Method: * Commit to 90 mins., once a week, for 10 weeks; * Work with topics that arise spontaneously from participants; * Learn to respond to experiences in the here-and-now; * Practice authentic, thoughtful giving and receiving of feedback.
