Sara is a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University. She is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Couples Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).   Sara is passionate about creating therapeutic relationships that feel safe, supportive, and empowering. Combining eastern ideas of mind with western psychology, she gently encourages self awareness and healing in her clients and offers them tools that facilitate change in their lives.  Sara regularly applies mindfulness meditation, a practice that enhances wellbeing and intentionality by increasing attention to the present moment. She shares her mindfulness skills with her clients in group meditation classes, and as part of individual therapy.
